Description

Product Description Optimum Nutrition's Glutamine Powder is a simple, highly concentrated way to supplement your diet with pure L-glutamine. Each serving provides 5 grams of pure L-glutamine, an amino acid that naturally occurs in the body and is especially abundant in skeletal muscle. During prolonged, intense exercise, muscle glutamine levels may be depleted, making glutamine a convenient addition to an active lifestyle and exercise routine. This instantized, unflavored powder mixes easily with water or your favorite beverage, making it easy to add to protein shakes or other drinks without changing their flavor. Its unflavored format also makes it convenient for stacking with other sports nutrition products. Simply mix one heaping teaspoon with 8 fl oz of water or your favorite beverage and enjoy as part of a healthy, balanced diet and exercise program. Intended for healthy adults, Glutamine Powder is an easy, convenient way to add 5 grams of pure L-glutamine to your daily nutrition routine. Amazon.com Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body, comprising more than 60% of the free amino acid pool in skeletal muscle and greater than 20% of total circulating amino acids. Supplemental L-Glutamine may help reduce muscle soreness and rebuild muscle tissue. This instantized powder mixes easily and is unflavored for 'stacking' with protein shakes.Quality Counts: GMP Certified ProductsOptimum Nutrition's commitment to quality is evident throughout the entire product development process.
